Main Duties:
Making warm calls to existing customers – NO COLD CALLING!
Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
Adhering to data protection
Working within a busy sales floor
Work towards sales targets
Confidently manage objections
Advise and sell company products and services
Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your working week would be:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
Every 3rd Saturday - 9am to 12:30pm
