We are excited to be recruiting for a Car Driver/Parts Advisor. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups. This is a dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our vehicles are handled and transported with care. Additionally, you will be provided full training to fulfil the Parts Advisor role when needed.
Working at Stoneacre, you will ensure that customer and company vehicles are transported where they need to be and prepared efficiently to the highest standards, ready for us to hand deliver to our valued customers.

An average day of a Driver/Parts Advisor…
- You will be responsible for collecting cars and delivering them back to customers, ensuring their cars are operated safely and responsibly.
- You will ensure the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles to the highest standard for both display vehicles and customer handovers.
- You will be prepared to take on any ad hoc driving duties such as providing lifts to customers.
- Working to set timeframes and targets.
- Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
- Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
- Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
- Assist customers via telephone, online and face-toface, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
- Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
- Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
- Picking parts.
- Effectively communicating with our Service department.
- Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing.
About you…
- You will hold a Full UK driving Licence
- You will be flexible and have a 'can do' attitude
- Have the ability to multi task
- Have the ability to take responsibility for your own work to the highest standard and work on your own initiative
- Be self- motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
- You will be hard working, reliable and trustworthy
- You will have good interpersonal skills, representing the company brand image at all times with customers.
